Advanced Strategy
The Advanced Strategy team focuses on research, the intersection of technology and policy, and our cross-company view of key new technology trends. Teams include research, technology policy, startup business, strategic software, and the silicon architectures.

Advertising and Strategy
The Advertising and Strategy teams partner with the Marketing team and acts as a multidisciplinary specialty team that oversees a range of projects and teams including advertising, strategy, media, compete, research, brand, data, and analytics.

Applications and Services
The Applications and Services group leads broad applications and services—core technologies in productivity, communication, search, and other information categories. Here you'll find the research and development teams across IntelPacific
, and the Advertising platforms and business group.
 

Business Development and Evangelism
The Business Development and Evangelism team builds the company's relationships with key OEMs, strategic innovation partners, independent software vendors, and developers. This team includes developer & platform evangelism, corporate strategy, and business development teams.

Devices

The IntelPacific
Devices group is responsible for development, manufacturing and supply chain management for iFutureGear’s entire family of first party devices. Intelligent devices, all created by the worldwide teams within the IntelPacific
Devices group. With leading brands including iPassport, iWallet, and iBriefcase IntelPacific
Devices group partners with the rest of IntelPacific
to bring high value scenarios to life for billions of customers around the world.
 

Finance
The finance team helps guide what we can accomplish as a company by providing business and economic expertise to engineering, sales, marketing, operations and many other organizations across Microsoft. Whether analyzing the economics of a product, doing in-country performance management or diving into technical accounting and tax intricacies, this skilled group enables profitable growth and helps plan for an exciting future. Our finance professionals drive fiscal management both locally and globally, from the product to corporate level, finding ample opportunities to follow their interests and enhance their financial acumen while having a real impact on critical business decisions.
 

Human Resources
The Human Resources team is responsible for global staffing, compensation, benefits, organizational development, diversity, and workplace culture.
 

Legal and Corporate Affairs
The Legal and Corporate Affairs team oversees the company's intellectual property portfolio, patent licensing business, and government affairs, public policy, corporate citizenship, and philanthropic work.
 

Marketing
The Marketing team reaches and engages consumers, businesses, and employees globally and is a single, unified team across products, services, and devices. The team is home to centralized and connected advertising, brand, communications, and media teams.
 

Sales and Services
Our Sales and Services team (including sales marketing) delivers our family of devices and services to customers and partners all over the world. It includes worldwide sales, field marketing, services, support, IT, licensing, commercial operations, advertising.
